CUSTOMER SERVICE POINTS (CSPs)

For supporting the rural communities in availing banking facilities at their door steps, Meghalaya Rural Bank with the objective to reach the unreached and extending banking facilities to unbanked areas has signed an MoU with NSSS to implement the initiative in 2 (two) Customers Service Points at Rangblang and Umdohlun for bridging the remaining gaps in the link between branch and rural customers financial inclusion.
